Search has started a "Creative Challenge" where artists and other interested participants are invited to take one item from the Thrift Shop (free of charge) and repurpose/recycle that item in some fashion. The repurposed items will be on display for one week at the Thrift Shop beginning October 26. Customers can vote on their favorite at the cash register.
On November 7, Search is hosting a ticketed event ($10) to auction the Creative Challenge items and other items from the Thrift Shop. Heavy hors d'oeurves and beverages will be included. |
